Due Date Explanation
The first short paper is due October 9, 2004.
This is Columbus Day weekend, and you will not have class this day. You
are responsible, however, for submitting your papers by 9:00 AM on
Saturday. You should submit your papers electronically, by
attaching them as Microsoft Word documents to your emails. If you
don't feel comfortable submitting your paper by email, then you
must turn in a hardcopy on the previous Saturday.
In essence, the papers are really due October 2,
2004, but I've decided to give you an additional week to work on them.
We will talk more in class about this due date and how to submit papers
- please ask questions if you are confused.
Late papers will receive a grade of "0".
Anyone who does not turn in a paper at all will automatically fail the
course.
