Reading
Assignments: All readings are to be done for the day following the one
on which they appear on the syllabus.
Books and Documents: There are four books
required for the course. All books are available at the URI
bookstore in Kingston or online at Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc.
If you purchase the Norton textbook online, be sure to get the correct
volume and edition. Feel free to use any edition of Ragtime.
